Rhinotech is a first-of-its-kind tempered glass engineered by Corning, bringing category-defining protection to your phone. The identity needed to match that distinction. The brand draws from the idea of a rhino as a gentle giant, powerful enough to protect your screen from drops and scratches, yet approachable and youthful in character. This shaped the positioning around a simple truth: made for those who dare to drop.


At the heart of the identity is a monogram that doubles as a brand mascot, a rhino sculpted into the shape of an R. Ginto Nord brings the right personality to the typography, carrying whimsy in lighter weights while holding its own as a bold workhorse. A strong, ownable Zesty Green anchors the colour system, paired with whites and light greys for balance. The roundness of tempered glass became the system's defining formal principle, running through the logo, packaging, and every digital and physical touchpoint.


Every tempered glass in the market is visualized the same way: a sheet of glass hovering above a phone. To break away from this, the product was represented through a distinctive green form, phone-shaped but entirely its own, free from the phone and the glass both. This became one of the most recognizable assets of the brand. Photography was art directed to be youthful, always in motion and expressive.
